Product information
Our CFM strainer is a very effective tool if you want to sieve up to 500 kg of honey a day.
Take advantage of the different specific weights of honey and wax - wax is lighter than honey and floats on the surface of the honey.
First you hang the fine conical nylon strainer in the tank and secure it with the supplied clamping ring so that it cannot slip anymore. Then, you put the perforated sheet cone into the nylon strainer and hang the heating element inside.
Please fill the tank fairly quickly so that the strainer does not clog up with wax particles right away. The lower tap remains closed so that the honey level rises to the upper outlet. The lighter wax particles float on the surface of the honey, so the strainer surface below the upper tap remains free of wax particles for a long time. Leave the top tap open. Through this you can pour the filtered honey into hobbocks or other tanks. You only need the lower tap to empty the container completely.
Note: Since the honey only comes into contact with the heating element for a short time due to the constant release, the honey does not suffer any damage.
