***Sonderpreis wegen kurzem MHD 03/2026***Beutenschutz-Farbe von Koralan® ist speziell für die Behandlung von Bienenbeuten und -häusern sowie Holzbauteilen in der Imkerei vorgesehen.Gebindegröße: 750 ml | Farbton: RotKORALAN Beutenschutz-Lack ist ein hoch witterungsbeständiger Acryllack der speziell für die Behandlung von Bienenbeuten und -häusern sowie aller Arten von Holzbauteilen in der Imkerei entwickelt wurde.Durch die Kombination von ausgewählten Rohstoffen ist dieser Lack ebenfalls hervorragend zur Beschichtung von Styroporbeuten geeignet. Der hochwertige, wasserbasierte Acryllack verankert sich fest mit dem Untergrund und ergibt einen schmutz- und wasserabweisenden, absolut klebfreien Wetter- und Feuchteschutz und dies ohne negative Auswirkungen auf das Bienenvolk zu haben. Der Lack ist wasserbasiert, strapazierfähig, schadstofffrei, feuchtigkeitsregulierend und diffusionsfähig. Er ist speichel- und schweißecht nach DIN 53 160 und erfüllt die Norm EN 71 Teil 3 für Kinderspielzeug. KORALAN Beutenschutz-Lack zeichnet sich insbesondere durch seine einfache Verarbeitung und hohe Kratz- und Abriebfestigkeit aus. Zudem ist der Lack vor allem in hellen Farbtönen vergilbungsbeständig. Die Kombination aus Bindemitteln und lichtechten, hochdeckenden Pigmenten schützt vor allem Holz nachhaltig vor schädlicher UV-Strahlung. Umweltschonend, das heißt auf Wasserbasis und nahezu frei von Lösungsmitteln.• AnwendungsbereichEmpfohlen für Bauteile im innen- und Außenbereich, mit denen Bienen in Kontakt kommen können, z.B. Bienenhäuser, Beuten, Schutzdächer, etc. Eine Innenbehandlung der Beuten ist nach heutiger Erkenntnis nicht notwendig, da die Bienen diese mit Propolis selbst beschichten. Der Versuch hat aber gezeigt, dass die Innenbeschichtung mit dem Lack unschädlich für die Bienen ist und die Migration von Holzinhaltsstoff en (Harze und Terpene) verringert.• AnwendungsverfahrenStreichen, rollen, spritzen (auch Airless). Verbrauch Je nach Rauigkeit und Saugfähigkeit der Oberfläche ca. 5 - 6 m² / l pro Anstrich.• TrocknungszeitJe nach Saugfähigkeit des Untergrundes bei 20 °C / 60 % relativer Luftfeuchtigkeit nach ca. 1 Stunde staubtrocken und grifffest, nach ca. 2 - 3 Stunden überstreichbar. Sie ist speichel- und schweißecht nach DIN 53 160 und erfüllt die Norm EN 71 Teil 3 für Kinderspielzeug. Durch die spezielle, tropfgehemmte (thixotrope) Rezeptur wird ein sauberes Arbeiten garantiert.Lichtechte, mikronisierte Pigmente durchfärben intensiv auch die tieferen Holzschichten und unterbinden nachhaltig das Vergrauen des Holzes durch schädliche UV-Strahlung. Umweltschonend, das heißt auf Wasserbasis und frei von Lösungsmitteln.• AnwendungsbereichEmpfohlen für Holzbauteile im Innen- und Außenbereich, mit denen Bienen in Kontakt kommen können, z.B.
