The double-walled CFM wax clarifier made of stainless steel stainless steel is used for clarifying and disinfecting the beeswax. We recommend a temperature of 70 – 90 °C for the production of candles and about 130 °C for the production of middle walls (at this temperature the rotten brood and nosemospores are killed). To ensure that you enjoy working with your steam wax melter for as long as possible, regular descaling is essential. Use the citric acid powder (food grade) for this purpose. For decalcification, please always refer to the description of the respective device! For decalcifying the steam generators please consider the following mixing ratio: 1:10, that means mix 100 g to 1 litre of water and stirr until all crystals have dissolved.

Our proven CFM steam wax melter is equipped with an extremely powerful 3 kW steam generator. This can be connected directly to the water pipe or filled from a water tank (clean rainwater) located 1.5 m higher. The device is ready for use after just three minutes and generates steam.
