For tempering the honey during the creaming process – this produces the finest cream honey!Ideal for use with double-walled honey creamers. It is also possible to retrofit a single-walled creamer with a capillary tubular mat. The use of the device allows the honey to be optimally tempered while stirring, resulting in a homogeneous, fine crystal structure of the creamy honey.The device consists of a cooling system and an integrated circulating pump. The pump serves to distribute the tempered water evenly within the double wall.The pump can also be operated independently of the cooling system. The temperature range is adjustable from approx. 10 - 30°C. The regulation is working very precise. This timer is suitable for all honey stirrers and mixers with 400 V motor.Using the timer, an even, recurring mixture of the honey can be set and therefore the consistency of the honey could be influenced.
