Product information
Our CFM strainer is a very effective tool if you want to sieve up to 500 kg of honey a day.
First you hang the fine conical nylon strainer in the tank and secure it with the supplied clamping ring. Next, put the perforated sheet cone into the nylon strainer and hang the heating element inside. Then put the coarse round sieve on top.
To process the honey, the lower tap remains initially closed, so that the honey level rises to the upper outlet tap. Set the heating element Dana api Therma II at approx. 60 - 65 ° C, so that the honey can flow through quickly. The upper tap is left open, allowing you to drain the filtered honey into hobbocks or other tanks
Since the honey only comes into contact with the heating element for a short time due to the constant release, the honey does not suffer any damage.
