Delivery terms
If you order several items from us for which different delivery times apply as part of one order, we will ship the goods in a joint shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you.
In this case, the longest delivery time applies to the shipment.
Depending on the size of your order, shipping is done by DHL or by forwarding company.

Other countries
If you would like to ship to another country, please send us an e-mail to info@carl-fritz.de before placing an order and tell us the item with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postal code.
We will then inform you whether we can ship to the desired country or not and advise the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner about shipping options and costs in advance.
If you do not request in advance, we will inform you about the shipping costs with the order confirmation!
Free shipping* from 250 €
Free shipping within Germany takes place for order with a value of 250 € or more, unless otherwise indicated in the category/at the article or indicated by reference. If the delivery address is on an island, surcharges apply for both freight forwarding and parcel deliveries. These cannot be calculated automatically in the online shop but are shown separately in the order confirmation after receipt of your order.
Shipping by freight forwarder
All our honey extractors, honey creamers as well as large wax melters are delivered by forwarding company. The forwarding company will contact you directly and arrange a suitable delivery date with you. We therefore need a telephone number and e-mail address from you to get in touch.
