Usefull for heather and Melecitose honey or other viscous honey. Both sides of the comb are penetrated at the same time. Very efficient and quick loosening process. 2 x 1500 flexible plastic pins on each side enter the cells down to the bottom to loosen the honey. During the removing of the pins the caps will be erected. Also for big comb sizes. Here you will find the product video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_273vji0fKwHigh-precision honey loosener from Oswald Hain. The honey loosener has two plates in front of the plastic needles, which scrape off any wax residue every time the needles are pulled apart and the honeycombs are no longer pulled in. The precise forward mechanism ensures that the honeycombs are moved with precision.Place the frames between the needle plates and operate the machine using the handle on the side. The plates are pressed together and the needles penetrate the honey cells. When the plates are pulled apart, the frame moves a small distance sideways through which all the honey cells are processed. Each needle is supported by a spring to prevent it from breaking when it hits pollen or the wooden frame. All parts are made of stainless steel – no aluminium cast! The machine is delivered including tripod and lockable wheels. The machine can also be used as uncapping machine! Holes are stabbed on both sides of the honeycombs and they are ready for extraction.Length: 64 cmWidth: 64 cmHeight: 115 cmWeight: 30 kgChargable weight: 40kgIncl. Wooden box!

For all frame sizes. This fully automatic heather honey loosening machine is a further development of the honey loosening machine no. 6000122. The honey loosening machine is fully automated with an electronic system and looses heather honeycombs fully automatic. The honey loosener has two nib boards with spring mounted nibs. During the dipping process the nibs enter the honey cells and stirr the honey within the cells so that the honey becomes liquide and can be extracted. When you work with this machine you hang the frames in the losening machine and press the button. The honey loosener automatically presses the nib boards together and moves the frame after every dipping process a bit foward. With this movement you ensure that all cells are dipped. This honey loosening machine can also be used as an uncapping machine for summer honey. The picture shows a honey loosening machine without the security kit but of course will be delivered with one.Weight: 59 kg Chargeable weight: 85 kg
