Frame support for uncapping wax melter

1 device - 3 applications: Melt uncapping wax, liquify honey and melt melizitosis honey.*Hight adjustable*Here you will find the product video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oe7cHSfVwGkAutomatically separates the wax from the honey without overheating it because of the heater with fan in the lid. The fan achieves a uniform heat distribution over the entire wax-honey surface. The ideal device for beekeepers, who do uncapping with a machine or uncapping knife and thus have to process more uncapping wax mixed with honey. Capacity above the drip tray approx. 55 ltr., so that a 40 kg bucket full of uncapping wax can easily be distributed onto the drip tray.Additionally, the device can be used to liquify honey.Technical details:• Made of stainless steel.• Inner Tank Ø 55 cm, welded bottom without gap• Tank bottom with slope to the outlet• 3 adjustable legs on wheels with brake• Thermostatic control of the heating from 30 - 110°C (2000 W / 230 V)• Outlet: 1 1/2" honey tap, welded at bottom level• Inner tank height (drip tray to top edge): 50 cma) LowTotal height including fan motor: 137 cmDistance floor to tank top: 102 cmDistance floor to honey valve: 34 cmb) HighTotal height including fan motor: 145 cmDistance floor to tank top: 110 cmDistance floor to honey valve: 43 cm Accessoriest:• Item no. 5009136 Flat traverse with arbor• Item no. 5008136 Stand for the cappings melterNote:The duration of the complete melting process depends on the filling and condition of the wax. For a loose filling with the young combs, approx. 3 - 4 hours can be expected.Weight: 28 kgChargeable weight: 39 kg
