The machine works fully automatically and can be manufactured for Zander, Langstroth and Dadant.
In contrast to WT1 this machine has a chain feed for about 12 frames at the front and guide rails for about 13 additional frames.
You can uncap frames with and without Hoffmann. For other frame sizes a feasability study has to be done and there will be a surcharge due to the design change. The machine will be adjusted to your frame size by the factory.
• All metal parts and pieces which come in contact with the product are stainless steel and easy to clean with just hot water.
• High speed with approx. 8 frames per min.
• The knives are made from high-quality stainless steel for a long durability and a permanent nice and even cut. A manual adjustment permits a simple and fast set-up of the uncapping depth +/- 10mm
• The machine will be delivered a high temperature water system for heating the knives.
• The front of the machine is equipped with a chain feed and guide rails for the frames.
• Motor drive 400V / 16A / 550 W.
• Adjustable via thermostat, including reservoir and circulating pump.
• Guide rail, drain board and wax melter in differenz sizes as well as additional accessories are available.
