Fits uncapping machine no. 6000126/6009125/6008125 and with adapter also uncapping machine no. 5130000. The wax melter is a clarifying tank with two temperature zones which basically liquefies the floating wax and derives it continuously when a certain amount has been reached.
Working principle: Due to its higher density compared to the wax the honey included in the uncapping wax sinks quickly to the bottom and drains through a special pipe at the bottom. Its temperature approximately 35°C.
Advantage of the system: The end products are clean uncapping wax in block form and clear honey. Both products are continuously recovered at once with very low energy input and without any loss. The gained honey is physiologically as well as regarding its taste impeccable.
