In the tank you can stir up to 100 kg of honey. The combination of paddle screw and rake always transports the honey from the bottom to the top during the stirring process. This has the advantage that you can use the creamer even when only 1/3 full (rake has to be covered with honey)! At the same time, the plug-in timer offers you the possibility to set different stirring intervals per day.
