To ensure that you enjoy working with your steam wax melter for as long as possible, regular descaling is essential. Use the citric acid powder (food grade) for this purpose. For decalcification, please always refer to the description of the respective device! For decalcifying the steam generators please consider the following mixing ratio: 1:10, that means mix 100 g to 1 litre of water and stirr until all crystals have dissolved.

Our proven CFM steam wax melter is equipped with an extremely powerful 3 kW steam generator. This can be connected directly to the water pipe or filled from a water tank (clean rainwater) located 1.5 m higher. The device is ready for use after just three minutes and generates steam. The sophisticated monitoring prevents the heating element from running dry and at the same time ensures a constant level in the steam boiler.
